Pho 21 BUENA PARK location man I like this spot, one thing I REALLY LIKE about coming to PHO 21 Buena Park is that their LATE NIGHT hours which they close at 2/3AM in the morning.
We love coming to this spot after a long day and night spent at DISNEYLAND & CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE Park, specially when we leave DISNEY @ 11PM or 12 midnight. And the drive is not bad at all it's about 10 min drive right off the freeway on BEACH BLVD.
Parking - You don't have to worry about parking at all, lots of parking stalls specially right directly in front of the Resturant.
Food - I love getting their #6 Pho it comes with beef balls and beef brisket and they have 2 bowl sizes small and large. I normally get the small cause it's already a lot. And we also get their PORK CHOPS with white rice *Pork chops so yummy and soft. Also we get their SUMMER and SPRING ROLLS as well.
So if you looking for a spot to GRUB on late at night *PHO 21 is the spot @ Buena Park.
Their Customer service at Pho 21 Buena Park is good as well they always check on you or their customers if they need anything.

Vegan phoooo!!!!
This is my favorite vegan pho place because the broth is tasty (maybe a radish base?), and you get tofu AND faux ham and chicken. You can order extra faux meat for an additional charge. Service is okay, the servers always seem tired but are friendly. Its in a Korean plaza but the customers are always diverse which is nice.
North OC Vegan Pho Ranked: 1. (tie) Pho 21 (Buena Park), 1. (tie) Pho Fula (La Habra), 3. Pho A'mie (Fullerton). 4. Everything else! -

I consider myself spoiled when it comes to pho. When I lived in Pasadena i use to trudge over to Alhambra and gorge at Golden Deli. I'm no stranger to good product, so basically I'm critical of every spot I go to. Koreans should stay out of the pho game, I feel the same way about whites performing reggae.
So let's get down to business. When you walk in you get that minimalist esthetic that most pho joints exhibit. I must say that's always a good sign to me because turds are usually wrapped in ribbons. The look struck true so now waited on the goods
Whenever I eat pho I always order extra tripe and tendon. To me the acidity meshes well with the buttery tendon and the tripe is great for texture. The soup was delicious and the broth was deep and satisfying. When I hear people order chicken pho I want to turn and scream,"go to Knotts you fucking simp!!!!!!" That's like going to Canters for breakfast, you came for something you could get anywhere.
All in all this place is solid. These days there's suck a saturation of crap that it's hard to find genuine cuisine that's not pretentious and deprived of the culture it came from. I dug it, food made me happier than a pig in slop. -

It's been awhile since I been here, and the experience this time wasn't as pleasant as before.
First of, they got our order wrong and the lady brought back the menu and insisted we got the #25 , but we really got #22. As the lady walked away, she seemed very upset. As a costumer, we sense their body reaction.
When our hot pho came, the guy serving it was having a hard time handing the hot bowls. He had 5 pho bowls to hand out, and we could tell he was having a hard time. Instead of serving it to us, he just placed it on the table for us to moved it towards where we sat, he just wasn't very knowledgeable of how to serve the hot soup. At one point we feared he was gonna spill one of the hot soup on us.
Service could have been better. -

Lots of parking, open late and the staff here is incredibly friendly. You really can't go wrong with the Pho, Rice dishes or vermicelli dishes! The portions are great and the bean sprouts, onions and cilantro they give with the Pho are always fresh.
You can get a sizable Vermicelli bowl with fresh lettuce, bean sprouts, chargrilled pork and the works of vegetables with an egg roll all under $10. Best late night vietnamese food!
